A Simple Prawn Salad
Brighten up any meal with this simple prawn salad! Not only will this add texture, but it would also introduce a plethora of colour.
Ingredients
- 200g of our Peeled & Cooked prawns
- Salad leaves
- Peppers, thinly cut
- Avocado, segmented
- Cherry tomatos, halved
- Cucumber, thinly chopped
- Radish, thinly chopped
- 1/2 a cupful of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
Assembling & Plating
1. Place the vegetables in bowl and mix.
2. Place the cooked prawns in and gently mix.
3. In a separate dish, stir the honey and soy sauce to form a mixture.
4. Drizzle they soy-honey mixture over the salad.
5. Sprinkle a handful of walnuts over the salad.
5. Serve this simple prawn salad alongside any meal and enjoy!
